How to set up a new mould
- We need a minimum of 13' (feet) of your desired profile sent to Resinart
- If stain grade flex is required then the wood must be shipped in one piece via motor freight
- If paint grade flex is required then the wood can be cut into two 7' pieces and shipped UPS
- The wood should be clean, straight and without knots
- Any flaws in your wood will transfer onto the mould and subsequently the finished product
- When shipping be sure precautions are taken to protect your profile from breakage or damage (i.e. bubble wrap, tube packs, stretch wrap, etc.)
